Shortly after becoming licensed, Amy earned her GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designations. Later she also earned the GREEN and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations. Certifications she holds are: AHWD (At Home with Diversity), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist), TRC (Transnational Referral Certification). In addition Amy is also licensed as a CAM (Community Association Manager). She soon was following the education direction by becoming a permitted instructor. Amy teaches Sales and Broker Pre and Post Licensing classes for Southern Real Estate Academy with locations in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Ohio and New Jersey. She teaches the ABR, GREEN and RSPS courses with REBAC. Amy became active as a volunteer at NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) and has been awarded the 2005 NABOR Rising Star, 2005 Graduate of NABOR Leadership Class, 2007 Naples on the Gulf WCR (Women's Council of Realtors) Chapter Honor Circle Award, and 2007 NABOR Educator of the Year. Her involvement with NABOR continues and has included not only being a member of various committees over the years but in 2008 served as the Chair of Membership, Dean of Orientation, and as Florida Association of Realtors Director.
